Sales Terms & Conditions

1. Prices quoted are subjected to Goods and Service Tax (GST).
2. Prices quoted do not include any installation services (unless otherwise stated).
3. Orders can be self-collected at 192 Pandan Loop #06-05 Pantech Business Hub, Singapore 128381
4. Information on stock availability and ETA (estimated time of arrival) dates are subjected to changes without prior notice. Any confirmation of online orders showing availability of stocks are still subjected to “partial delivery” or “on hold till all items have arrived” if quantity changes.
5. Online orders confirmed with available stocks will be delivered within the next 3 working days.
6. No cancellation of software license or hardware order is allowed. Any other cancellation of order is subjected to a minimum 15% charge of purchase order or at Connectbit’s discretion.
7. Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Connectbit Pte Ltd acceptance of order and it is still subjected to Connectbit Pte Ltd terms and conditions.
