You outsource the whole IT support services to us. This often includes security, internet, email, technical support and your infrastructure (network, server, storage).

Partial IT Outsourcing

It’s up to you. You choose what to outsource to us. Both of us have to agree on the tasks first. Whether it is disaster recovery or just the computers support, we are fine with that.

Cloud Outsourcing

It’s true your cloud providers give support to your paid subscription. In most cases, they won’t maintain your data and applications. We acts as your single point of contact and maintain your cloud applications.

What is IT outsourcing?
IT outsourcing is a common business practice to transfer IT operations or functions out to an IT support company.
Can you provide a quote first without visiting us?
We can’t provide a quote straight away. In fact, we want to do a site survey at your office. At least we know what we are supporting. Wouldn’t you want to know who is supporting your IT operations?
Do you provide manpower outsourcing for IT?
Unfortunately, we do not send our engineer to station at a customer’s place and serve as a full-time staff there.
Can I ‘borrow’ an IT engineer for a short period of time?
Unfortunately, we do not provide such service.
What’s the disadvantage of IT outsourcing?
The main concern by most customers is the risk of sensitive data loss. If you want, we can have a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in place.
What’s your payment terms?
Unfortunately, we do not provide payment terms.
We need monthly full prepayment.
Can we get your onsite engineers to do other stuff?
Before the start of work, I believe we’ve agreed ahead on the tasks. Any new tasks may be billable. Our friendly sales or onsite engineers can advise you accordingly.

After the visit, our presales will send you the quote and service agreement. Once you’re happy with the agreement and provide us with the payment, we are ready to kick start this service.
